National Safe Place Network (NSPN) is the national standard for a community-wide response to ensuring all youth are safe and valued. Through unique public/private partnerships, NSPN provides leadership to youth and family serving organizations across the country and 19,089 Safe Place sites that provide access to immediate help and safety for young people in crisis all across the U.S. Last year our Safe Place program served 6,716 youth in crisis at Safe Place sites, counseled 9,053 youth by phone and text, and educated nearly one million people about Safe Place options.
This year, NSPN is providing you the opportunity to increase your brand’s visibility and directly demonstrate the value of your products or services by becoming a partner or sponsor at two national conferences. Your investment opens the door to hundreds of youth and family service organizations from across the nation at Focus 2016 and the 2016 National Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Grantees Conference.
2016 National RHY Grantees Conference:
Approximately 800 participants will attend the 2016 National RHY Grantees conference in St. Petersburg, Florida from November 15 to 17. The theme, “Changing Tides: Navigating the Needs of Runaway and Homeless Youth,” attracts participants from youth and family service organizations around the country and across multiple levels of administration, including board members, executives, other key decision-makers, middle management, and direct care workers. Conference participants also serve in different areas of practice, including, but not limited to, community agencies, government, academia, and business. These field leaders gather to share special research and innovative projects, clinical trends and practices, and collaboration.
