Help Safe Place reach more kids in crisis
Your contribution to National Safe Place will make a difference for young people like two brothers 11 and 16 whose mother was being abused by her boyfriend. Their mother begged them to leave - they climbed out a window and ran to a nearby McDonald's Safe Place location. There they were connected to help and safety and their mother was connected to resources.
Every day more than 3,500 kids will leave home because they are being physically or sexually abused, because they are being neglected or because their parents simply don't want them there. You can make it easier for them to find help by going to a SAFE PLACE. They will quickly be connected with a youth serving agency that will provide shelter, counseling and support.
