Live & Recorded Webinars: Training at your Fingertips!
National Safe Place Network is excited to offer training opportunities right into your office via iLinc, a web-based meeting and training system. Through this online system, NSPN partners with experts to provide pertinent, practical knowledge, and skills-building opportunities that will help build the capacity of youth-serving agencies for more effective and efficient service delivery. Whether for one or all of your agency’s personnel, this can be a valuable resource. All trainings are free of charge.
Directions for Accessing the Webinars
The recorded sessions fall under one of three headings: Safe Place Implementation and Outreach, Resource Development and Clinical and Programming. Click on the links below to access upcoming and recorded webinar trainings. The recorded webinar trainings are listed alphabetically under each heading.
The “register here” links will allow you to either join the webinar or register to view the webinar. Once registered, you will receive an email including a link to join the session. Click on the “Join this Session” link and you should be redirected to the iLinc NSP page.
The best way to join the session is through the gray “Manual Join” tab. You will be asked to “Run” the program through two separate prompt boxes. Hit “Run” both times.
Please note that buffering for some sessions may take some time.
When you have joined the session, the audio and visual presentation should automatically launch. If you experience any difficulty accessing the webinars, please call Susan Harmon, Director of Safe Place National Operations, at 502-635-3660 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
